Title: God Still Knows Your Name
Scripture:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.”
— Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV)
Devotional Thought:
There are days when life makes you feel invisible. Maybe you’ve been overlooked, underestimated, or forgotten. But hear this: God still knows your name. Not the one people mispronounce. Not the title others gave you. He knows you—intimately and eternally.
Before anyone had an opinion of you, God had a plan for you. You were called before you were known. His eyes saw your unformed substance. His hands carved your destiny with care. And even now, in the noise of life, He whispers your name with love.
Grace reminds us that God’s knowledge of us isn’t based on our performance. It’s based on a covenant. You are seen, known, loved, and chosen. Don’t let a bad season make you question an eternal calling.
“I have called you by name; you are Mine.” — Isaiah 43:1 (NKJV)
Confession:
God knows me deeply and loves me fully. I am never forgotten, never forsaken.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for knowing me completely. When others forget me, You remember. Help me walk boldly in the identity You’ve given me. Remind me daily that I belong to You. Amen.
