Title: Kindness That Heals
Scripture:
“Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.”
— Proverbs 16:24 (NIV)
Devotional Thought:
Some people are walking through life carrying invisible wounds—disappointments, rejection, betrayal. A kind word, a gentle tone, or a sincere compliment can be the healing balm their soul desperately needs. Your kindness might be the only glimpse of Jesus someone experiences today.
Never underestimate the power of a kind word or gesture. Kindness is not just about being nice—it’s about being healing. Jesus didn’t just perform miracles; He touched hearts with mercy, compassion, and grace. Let your presence and words bring healing into every space you enter.
Confession:
My words bring healing. My kindness is a channel for God’s love to touch others.
Prayer:
Father, make my life a source of healing. Help me speak words that uplift, restore, and encourage. Let my kindness open hearts to Your presence. Amen.
Daily Challenge:
Speak a healing word to someone today—encourage someone who is down, affirm someone who is weary, or reach out to someone who has withdrawn.
