Destiny Doesn’t Need a Crowd by Pastor Chukwu
Scripture:
âJohn 12:17 BSB
Meanwhile, many people continued to testify that they had been with Jesus when He called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead”
Devotional Thought:
Donât wait for a cheering crowd to step into what God told you to do. Destiny doesn’t require public approvalâjust divine instruction. In fact, many of the great moments in Scripture happened in private, with no applause, no likes, no audience.
Sometimes God isolates you before He elevates you. Sometimes He calls you into something where people donât understand or support itâand thatâs okay. The assignment isnât always explainedâitâs obeyed.
You donât need everyone to believe in you. You just need to believe what God said. Because when itâs time, the same people who doubted you will witness your resurrection.
âWhat you do in secret, your Father will reward openly.â â Matthew 6:4 (paraphrased)
Confession:
I donât need applause to obey. Destiny is calling and I will answer in faith.
Prayer:
Lord, strengthen my resolve to follow Youâeven when I walk alone. I trust that my steps are ordered by You, not by peopleâs opinions. Amen.
Daily Challenge:
Step boldly in one area you’ve been hesitating because of others’ opinions.
