Mbaka returns from monastery after eight-month suspension

Spiritual Director, Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Catholic Chaplaincy, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has returned to the ministry from the monastery after an eight-month suspension.

Recall that in October 2022, the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Callistus Onaga, transferred Mbaka from chaplaincy to the monastery.

The church was also shut down, with Mbaka being banned by the Catholic Diocese of Enugu from commenting on political issues.

The church has since reopened, and the ministry became Chaplaincy to checkmate the excesses within it.
